Virtual Follow-Ups

Here at Motherly Love, we are committed to the health and well-being of our moms by ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. After a woman gives birth, she is not evaluated by a provider until up to 4-6 weeks after delivery. So, what about all the time in between? Who is checking up on her? That's where we come in. Each mom is offered the service of receiving a phone call from us at approximately two weeks after childbirth when requesting a care package. This virtual follow-up provides moms the chance to ask any questions regarding their recovery and life adjusting to a newborn. During this call, mom is also evaluated by us with a postpartum depression screening, recovery checkup, support assessment, and offered referrals and resources by our team. Mothers can also request these follow-ups at any point within their first year postpartum if desired. Many women feel as if they are not truly listened to or heard by their providers and for our moms, those days are over. We are here to listen and give you the quality care and support you need!
